How it will work

Three steps to enter dashboard mode.

Design in progress. This is how it’s planned to work when it’s available.
1

You’ll activate it from settings

A toggle within Settings > Display. The option will allow you to enable dashboard mode as an alternative view during navigation. Activatable and deactivatable whenever you want.

2

The UI will change to giant view

Speed, heading, remaining distance, and altitude will appear in large size, with heavy typography and high contrast. Specifically designed for quick reading without diverting your gaze from the trail.

3

You’ll ride with central vision

You’ll place your phone or tablet in the dashboard mount. The screen will be visible with a one-second glance. No need to focus on small text while you’re concentrated on the terrain.

What it will include

Critical information, presented in big.

Velocidad enorme

El dato principal. Tipografía grande, color contrastante. Lectura instantánea sin tener que enfocar. Configurable km/h o mph según preferencia.

Heading prominente

Integration with mounts

Designed to be used with dash mounts, tablet mounts on the dashboard, or handlebar mounts on a bike/UTV. Layout adaptable to horizontal or vertical orientation.

When you’ll use it

Scenarios thought out for this view.

MX rider who falls to four wheels

Rider used to the small display on the bike. When they hop into a buddy's UTV or rent a 4×4 for an expedition, dashboard mode will give them the readability they need.

Frequently asked questions

What we know today about dashboard mode.

When will it be released?
No defined date yet. It’s on the list of planned features post-launch. The immediate priority is to stabilize version 1.0 and complete other features already started (Caravan mode, Live Activity on iOS). Dashboard mode will come after those. If you subscribe when you register, we’ll let you know when the date is confirmed.
Will it require special hardware?
No. It will work on the same phone or tablet you’re already using with the app. The only thing that enhances the experience is a good physical mount for the dashboard (dash, handlebar, or dashboard), but that’s optional — dashboard mode will also be useful held in hand when you’re co-piloting.
Will it be usable on tablets?
Yes. The layout will be designed to scale well to large screens — 8" to 12" tablets in horizontal orientation are the ideal use case. In those sizes is where the huge data is maximized from 50 cm away.
Is it included in my current Premium?
Yes. Dashboard mode will be a free feature for all Premium users when it releases. You won’t have to pay for a separate upgrade or an extra subscription. The idea is that the Premium subscription includes all advanced features as they are added.
Does it replace normal navigation or is it optional?
It will be an optional mode, activatable and deactivatable whenever you want. Traditional navigation with map, list of waypoints, and detailed instructions will still be available. Dashboard mode will be an alternative view designed for specific moments (riding fast, demanding terrain) — not a permanent replacement.
Can I suggest features to include?
Yes. The design is still open to feedback. If you have concrete ideas (data you’d like to see, preferred layout, integration with a specific mount), write to support. The community helps define how the feature ends up before it’s implemented.
