Cookie Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026  ·  Provider: AALA Technologies LLC

AALA Technologies LLC

This Cookie Policy explains how AALA Technologies LLC, doing business as TriakaMap, uses cookies and similar technologies on https://triakamap.com and browser-based portions of the Service. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

1. Technologies Covered

Cookies are small data files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, software development kit storage, pixels, and identifiers used to maintain a session or remember settings. Mobile operating-system permissions and push tokens are addressed primarily in the Privacy Policy and Location Data Policy.

2. Current Use

At launch, the Company expects to use first-party cookies or local storage only where reasonably necessary to authenticate users, maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect security, prevent abuse, preserve consent choices, and support requested functionality. The Company does not plan to deploy third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising technologies at launch.

3. Third-Party Services

A requested map, payment, app-store, embedded, or linked service may set or read its own technologies under its terms. The Company must complete a production scan before publication and after every material SDK or tag change. Any technology that is not strictly necessary will be classified, documented, disabled by default where consent is required, and placed behind a choice mechanism that is as easy to reject or withdraw as to accept before activation.

4. Your Choices

You can use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login, security, preferences, or other requested features from functioning. If optional technologies are introduced, the Service will provide a consent interface where required, with equally accessible accept and reject choices and a method to change the selection.

5. Do Not Track and Universal Signals

Because no sale or targeted advertising is planned at launch, browser Do Not Track and universal opt-out signals do not currently change processing. If qualifying sale or targeted-advertising processing begins, the Company will implement legally required recognition of universal opt-out mechanisms before launch of that processing.

6. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy as technologies or law change. The effective date will identify the current version. Contact [email protected] with questions.
